Kidnapped Lawmaker Released, Beaten To Coma

Bearly 24 hours after the Ebonyi State majority leader, Hon
Sam Nwali was kidnapped by unknown gunmen at his
residence along Watchman street in Abakaliki, he has been
released battered .
The Ebonyi State member representing Ikwo North State
Constituency, who is believed to be a strong supporter of
the new Speaker-elect, Hon. Helen Nwobasi was beaten to
a coma before being released yesterday afternoon by his
abductors according to LEADERSHIP.
